I offer one-on-one therapy with individuals at this time. Though it is rare that I identify modalities by name in treatment, I tend to incorporate elements from the following modalities when appropriate:

- Gestalt therapy
- Internal Family Systems
- Psychodynamic therapy
There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so the direction of our treatment may be dependent on your goals and your personality. In my sessions, I like to help clients get curious about themselves, their emotions, and their relationships through a non-judgmental and compassionate lens. This can help us identify what is serving us well, and what might need to change in our lives. I ask a fair amount of questions, offer feedback when appropriate, and incorporate humor when we need it.
