Welcome

Well done for taking the first steps on finding support. I know the process can be daunting. If this is your first time here, or your first time seeking therapy, feel free to check out my Frequently Asked Questions page.

You may be here because you recognize you want a change in your life, and need additional support to accomplish that. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, non-threatening environment which can help with the healing process.

I typically see adult clients that have had difficult or even traumatic relationships, either family or personal, which have resulted in feelings such as:

  • Shame
  • Anxiety
  • Guilt
  • Low self-worth
  • Resentment
  • Self-doubt
  • Depression
  • Intense emotions

Together we can work on things like boundary setting, coping with anxiety, developing healthy relationships, and processing through past relationships and trauma.

About me

I am passionate about working with clients to help them heal from their pasts, cope with their present, and help empower them to build healthy lives and relationships.

I have degrees from Stonehill College and Boston University School of Social Work. I opened my private practice after becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Prior to opening my practice, I worked as an Assistant Program Director for an intensive outpatient program for women with trauma histories, and as an individual therapist at a local agency.
